Iyad Amro joined Solutions in 2014 as a Senior Sales and project management Consultant. He brings to Solutions more than two decades of experience advising various clients; Local government, Banks, Insurance, Logistics, Oil, and Food companies.
His broad range of experience and sales training licensing enables him to design customized company sales training programs. Iyad’s methodology encourages creativity within the team to realize sales targets and boosts the adoption rate of new sales skills that will influence the sales team practices.
Prior to Solutions, Iyad worked as Assistant Manager at Sony Canada, where he received numerous rewards for his sales performance. He capitalized on this achievement by assisting other organizations thriving to improve sales processes. Iyad employs Mind Mapping and NLP tools, SWOT Analysis, and other tools to systematically and sustainably enhance a company’s sales team performance. He is also an experienced executive coach.
Iyad holds a project management certificate from University of Toronto and holds a B.Sc. in Commerce. He is a certified Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute. Iyad is a member of the Professional Sales Foundation President Club as a result of his 20 years of experience. He is also a certified Sales Trainer by Sandler Training (Pennsylvania), and trained by ThinkBuzan Licensed Instructor for Mind Mapping®.
