Assigned by Care International West Bank and Gaza, the consultants analysed value chains for five main sub-sectors to identify and analyse the economic and non-economic value added for the farmers, optimize the links within the value chains, and identify the desirable product attributes that meet the local and international consumer’s demands. The assignment aims at coming up with recommendations to TATWEER project that can help small-scale farmers and improve the social status of their communities. The assignment utilized the “Value Chain Analysis” and market research to develop actionable marketing strategy for New Farm Company (NFC).
